At 160mm this is a specially designed Turbo Blade with a standard 22.23mm bore and fitted with a reducing ring to 20mm. This is our professional blade that has a lifespan in excess of 50 linear metres in Bushboard. Designed for the professional kitchen fitter looking for a longer lasting product. Also supplied to Howdens under product code TLS1050
The 160mm is also ideal for use in the Flex CS60 wet saw (with the reducing ring removed) for cutting 30mm thick man made Quartz worktops.
We also offer replacement router tools for the Bushboard fitting kit.
Blade Use
Do not try and cut the workpiece in a single pass, particularly with the Pro Blade, if you do you’ll find the blade will want to deflect or wander off line.
Cutting in two or three passes at a depth of 6mm to 7mm each pass removes this issue and actually speeds up the cutting process.
