We aim to process all order placed by 4:00pm on weekdays for same day dispatch. We do not process orders on weekends and bank holidays.

Our two main carriers for domestic deliveries are Royal Mail and Parcelforce. All orders over a value of £30 with be sent with a Tracked & Signed for service and require a signature upon delivery so are unable to be left in a porch or behind a gate etc, this is the same for items sent by Special Delivery.

International deliveries are mostly undertaken by Royal Mail or Parcelforce who pass the items to the local carrier in the destination country upon arrival.

Tracking information is available upon request for orders with a value greater than £30.

UK orders over £150 net (that’s before VAT is added) qualify for free tracked delivery. If you need an upgraded service such as guaranteed next day or before 1pm that can be added at the basket and will be charged as normal.
